Refund policy

There are no refunds once your order is placed. All sales are final. If your order is received damaged, take a picture of the order and box and contact us at support@tarasdetox.com within 10 days to launch an investigation. If we find that the post office mishandled the package, you will need to start an insurance claim with the post office to cover the cost of sending a replacement. If an item arrives in unsatisfactory condition and was not mishandled by the post office, we will provide a replacement. Please allow 30 days to process and ship a replacement item.

All Sales are Final. We have a "no refund" policy. If items are damaged, we will replace the item. If there are damages or missing packages, start a claim with the USPS and contact us for help with your claim.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a replacement, you can contact us at support@tarasdetox.com with a picture of the item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or digital downloads.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 10 Days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
